A few Years ago,I didn't imagine I would live with happiness and peace.All my happiness credit goes to my failures and that supreme soul.

- Always Smile-Keep smiling,it increases your face value.Ya,It's true.If you any doubt.Let's try a simple activity.Go near to your mirror,firstly see your face without smile.Noticed,something is missing.Now Close your eyes and tell to yourself "XYZ name" is so beautiful and peaceful.His/Her smile makes everyone cheerful and optimistic".Now check your face with a smile.
- Know to Yourself:-Find out your Dreams and Goals which are smart(Specefic,Measurable,Attainable,Relevant,Time bound).And set up a meeting with the most important person in your life(You only) for 10-15 minutes.In this time,explore your passions,aims and fears which help you to make secure,confident or sheepish.
- Make a list of your Achievemnets and Blessings:-Trust me,it really works.Whenever negative vibes are coming towards you,read this list.You'll definitely overcome of this negativity.
- Talk with a Childhood Friend:- You can send message on mails or fb.but write a beautiful note about your friendship and tell him/her that he/she is so special in your life.
- Play/Talk with children:-Remember your childhood days,what you used to do,used to think,used to talk with parents/teachers and friends.What was our aim that time.Did we acheive goal or still exploring?But be true to yourself.
- Cooking:-Prepare your favourite dish.You can try new innovative dish and share with the others too.
- Go near to Nature:-I'm not saying open your Laptop or Phone and see nature wallpapers or videos.Give rest to your phone and laptop.Go outside such as Terrace,Garden and Staircase.Here observe tiny activities of flowers,birds,trees and the sky.Live and enjoy each moment.
- Choose a Hobby:-It can be any activity such as Pencil Sketching,Art & Craft,Singing and Dancing,Cycling etc.You have to take each at once and enjoy it fully.
- Pray:-God is always with you.You have to do trust on him.He'll definitely help you..
- Read novels or books:-It's really helpful to divert our thoughts from negativity.Read any comic, psychologically or failures books which always motivates and inspires you.
